After Anton Zeilinger was already able to bring the Nobel Prize in Physics to Austria in 2022, we are delighted to have another Nobel Prize winner in Physics with Austrian roots in 2023 and warmly congratulate Ferenc Krausz on this award!

The Austrian Academy of Sciences (ÖAW) invites young scientists working on the history of the natural sciences (preferably with a focus on the development of concepts and ideas) to submit a pilot project which has been developed as preparation for a doctoral thesis or a research project.
